STRATHSPEY ESTATE


Strathspey Estate is situated within the Cairngorm National Park in the Highlands of Scotland, some 30 miles south of Inverness.

It includes spectacular scenery, stretching from the magnificent River Spey, through farmland and Scotland’s ancient Caledonian Pine Forest to the heather-clad moors beyond. As well as timber management, the Estate supports 40 livestock farm tenancies and 38 residential tenants.

Strathspey Estate offers a variety of country sports, including fishing, deer stalking and grouse shooting. The area is renowned for its excellent salmon fishing and over 14,000 acres of estate land have been designated as Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

In addition to field sports, an extensive range of recreational activities such as walking, hiking, birdwatching, canoeing, sailing, quad biking, mountain biking, skiing and golf are also available in the area. Inverallan House on the Estate offers spacious and stylish accommodation for sporting activities or for private or corporate functions.
